Milk Supply Agreements
The mandatory “Dairy Industry Code of Conduct” came into effect on January 1 2020. Bega Cheese and Tatura Milk Industries have always worked co-operatively with our dairy farmer suppliers and we are committed to continue to do so. Suppliers who previously supplied BDD (formerly LD&D Australia Pty Ltd) in FY2021 in Victoria, Southern NSW, or South Australia (South East region) will be offered a Bega Southern Milk Supply Agreement or a Tatura Milk Industries Milk Supply Agreement as applicable.
We set out below the Standard Form Milk Supply Agreements for all new agreements that Bega Cheese Limited or its subsidiary Tatura Milk Industries intends to enter into in FY2022.

Milk Supply Agreements for Existing Suppliers
Existing suppliers to either Bega Cheese, Tatura Milk Industries or Bega Dairy and Drinks (formerly LD&D Australia Pty Ltd) will be able to review the contract and sign electronically ensuring continuous supply to Bega Cheese. Tatura Milk Industries or, in the case of BDD suppliers, transitioning to supply Bega Cheese or Tatura Milk Industries. Each supplier will be emailed an income estimate using current announced pricing to assist you in choosing the right payment system for your business.
